Sharon Fruit Smoothie

Hi to my lovely readers from around the world. How are you? I’m so sorry for such a quiet month from me, I’ve been so busy and I also made a few changes on my website and I ‘m really happy because I will announce news happening this year.

So today I would like to present you with a new smoothie which is full of fibre, vitamins, minerals and all of their benefits. It’s also a very nice power drink and if you do fitness or any exercise I believe that it’s for you.

 

Recipe:

1 large banana or 2 small

380g sharon fruit

1 tbsp of raisins

1 tbsp of raw cocoa nibs

1 tbsp of dry goji berries

1 tbsp of hemp seeds

1/2 tbsp of cinnamon powder

1/2 tbsp of clove powder

2 large spoons of plain coconut yogurt

300 ml of cashew milk (or your choice of milk)

 

Method:

This is so easy, as with all smoothies just remove the banana skin and also cut out the sharon fruit’s flesh and chop in small cubes.  Then add to your blender or food processor with all the remaining ingredients and blend to a good consistency.
