Banana / Pear / Nettle / Pineapple / Kiwi and Turmeric Smoothie
Good Morning my friends from all around the world! I hope you are
having a lovely morning / day / evening.
Today I would like to present you with a nice, quick and easy smoothie.
As always, it’s up to you what you would like to add to it. I just have
some ideas you might like.
This has been in my mind for a long time, and I have to say I really love
this combination of fruits, herbs and spices.
So here it goes, this is a short description for you…
1 large yellow Pear
200g of Pineapple
1 tbsp. of dry Nettle leaves
½ tbsp.. of dry Turmeric powder
100 ml of Water or Soya Milk or Hemp Milk
Remove the skin from the kiwi, cut into triangles, and add to your blender
along with the rest of the ingredients: chopped bananas, pineapple, pear
(with or without skin, but no pips), dried nettle leaves, turmeric and
100ml of water or milk.
If you like, you can use a pinch of nettle and turmeric to decorate.
