Hello lovely people around the world, how are you today ? How’s
everything going with you ? I have a quick, light and healthy salad for
15g hemp seeds
1 large spring onion
10g pomegranate seeds
1 lemon (only zest)
fresh mint ( few leafs)
1 ½ spoon of tahini
10 tbsp coconut yogurt
½ tbsp. French mustard
½ tbsp. maple leaf syrup
1 small mandarin ( juice)
Just mix everything together and it’s really up to you how to prefer plate

You’ll need a nice large bowl and a whisk. Put all of the ingredients
together and whisk it well for around 5-6 min.
A very early good morning dear friends, how do you feel if you have to wake up
around 5.30 am? Personally sometimes I need to go back to bed, other times I’m
so ready and full of energy. The latter happened a few days ago when I woke up
and made this smoothie. I’m really happy to share it with you.
500g cantaloupe melon
150g white grapefruit (juice)
10g fresh mint leafs
1 large spoon of hemp seeds
½ tbsp. dandelion dry leafs

Hey, my lovely readers, I hope you’re having wonderful time and a great day
today. I would like to share my brand new recipe with you. I was inspired by
some fresh yellow and orange courgettes my friend delivered straight from
his organic farm. A quick look at these beauties and I immediately knew what
I had to do with them!!
1 yellow courgette
1 small red chili pepper
1 small clove of garlic
2 tbsp black & white sesame seeds
1 large spoon of mirin
5 large spoon of tamari soya sauce
1 large spoon of maple syrup
½ green pepper
50g of fresh coriander
To make nice julienne courgette strips or spaghetti, you will need a julienne
Put the sliced red chilli pepper, crushed garlic, small cubes of green pepper,
mirin and soya sauce in the bowl. Then add the sesame seeds, maple syrup,
coriander and your beautiful raw courgette spaghetti.
Mix it all together gently, chill for 2 hours and ENJOY!
Hey, my lovely guys. I hope you’re ok and doing really well. Today, I would
like to share with you my new recipe, another raw dish. It’s celeriac
remoulade. I know so many different ways to make this, but I was inspired by
my sweet, adorable aunt. She was always making so many salads, pickled
vegetables and remoulades when I was kid and I’ll never forget these
½ tbsp black onion seeds
2 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 spring onion
3 ½ large spoon of coconut plain yogurt
2 large spoon of vegan mayo
1 tbsp of nutmeg powder
½ tbsp. of smoked paprika
1 tbsp of cider vinegar
2 tbsp of hazelnut powder
1 pinch of dry garlic
salt and pepper
So you will need a mixing bowl, but first peel the carrots and the celeriac.
Once peeled, you can choose to make julienne long strips or grate them as I
did. I then put them in the bowl, added the other ingredients and mixed it all
Now when all the fruits are full of flavors and you can taste the summer
in them, I am back with another smoothie! I am sure that like me, you
can’t get enough of them! It has been a while since I’ve been thinking of
trying out these fruits. Not only is there so much info on their health
benefits but I was very pleasantly surprised at how good they taste.
1 red apple
1 tbsp spirulina powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
150ml almond milk
Remove the skin and seeds if the lychees, and the leaves from the
physalis. Put all the fruits and other ingredients into a blender and blend it
together for about 3 minutes until nice and smooth.
Hope you’re all doing well. Being the lovely summer it is, my taste buds
crave lots of fruits, lots of summery smells and tastes. In summer time
especially, and all year round, I make lots of smoothies.
In my spare time, one of my loved activities is to visit a food market in
the heart of my town. Its colours, its smells…. They get ideas flowing
into my head… Those are times when I get inspired the most…That is
when I start thinking about the new recipes which I later love to share
- 200g apricot150g strawberries
3 tbsp cinnamon
150ml hazelnut milk
It’s very easy to make… just remove the papaya skin and seeds and the
apricot stones. Put all of the fruit into the blender, add milk and cinnamon
and blend till very smooth.
Smoothies are great in the morning, giving us power, acting as energy
Hi, Guys, all vegan food lovers! I hope you are having a lovely day.
Imagine what life would be like without desserts!! I cannot! That is why
today I have for you this delicious raw passion fruit ‘cheesecake’ with
I am super excited about this recipe and also very curious about what you
think about these combinations.
Have I made your face smile?
35 g mix nuts
2 ½ tbsp of dark agave syrup
80 g cashew
1 large spoon pressed coconut oil
½ of small banana
2 passion fruits
45 g mango
1 small lime
6 leaves of fresh mint
Soak the cashews overnight or even better leave them to soak for 24
hours. The longer you leave them in the water, the better consistency to
work with. Once you decide they’ve had enough of a soak, remove the
water and mix the cashews with the coconut oil and passion fruit in the
blender until it becomes a smooth paste.
Make the base of the cake from the mixed nuts by crushing them into
powder, adding agave syrup and pressing the mixture into a small cake
tin, shaped however you prefer, making as many portions as needed.
Leave it to refrigerate for an hour, then add the cashew mix into the form
and put it into the freezer for 3 hours.
While your cake is in the freezer, you can make raw coulis simply by
blending the mango and mint together, with a little lime zest and juice.
Hey, lovely people around the world! There might be a not so simple
answer to my simple question for you today: Who does not like sweets? I
think that most of us do. The thing is to choose the good and healthier
sweet options. So, if you are All about sweets, what if there is absolutely
no problem with that ……
Although there are many recipes for avocado mousse, I have tried to do it

85 g organic raw cocoa powder
200 ml. almond milk or milk of your choice

avocados, remove their seeds and put them into the bowl together with
the cocoa powder, the chili, agave and treacle syrup and cinnamon. Lastly
add the milk and whisk all of the ingredients together for about 13

vegan single cream.
