We were advised by a friend that We should really try vegan food as it’s super healthy and tastes really special. I and my girlfriend were searching online and green rabbit kitchen came up. So I said why not and booked a date. On the day Tom showed up at our home and prepared an exquisite menu where I could not believe that the recipes didn’t contain meat even when a green rabbit kitchen was on our plate. I wish that more people have the opportunity to experience this amazing event that changes the way you look at food.
We invited Tom for a couple of days to cook in our place in Ireland. As we were following Green Rabbit Kitchen for a long time looking for random inspirations from several places we found Tom had it all. Ended up being an amazing eye-opening experience. Tom has great knowledge of local vegetables, herbs and he knows very well what’s in the season. His food was just out of this world experience. He kept surprising us with new flavours and combinations we never could put together. Veganism is not boring anymore. Thanks for the tips and tricks and amazing menu. We will get Tom over here again soon
I booked Tom to cook for me at a dinner party I was holding. From booking up till the end of the night his attention to detail was fantastic. He forwarded some great menu choices for the season. From the moment he arrived I had absolutely nothing to do but sit back as the host and spend time with my guests whilst Tom cooked and each course was explained with detail to ingredients. Both his personal and food presentation was top class. All my guests loved him, so polite and accommodating. One of my guests has now booked him. Delicious.
Tomas came to our friends’ house and cooked an amazing three-course vegan dinner. It really was the most delicious plant-based food I’ve ever tasted! Everything was so beautifully and carefully presented and full of wonderful textures and flavours, all complemented with very well chosen vegan wine.
