Good morning lovely readers around the world. Let me introduce you to an easy
dish which you can enjoy as a starter, breakfast or maybe dinner. It’s up to you of
course. Green vegetables support our digestive health, circulation and
detoxification to name a few. There is plenty of information on all of the ways in
which they benefit us. I really like this dish and I’m very happy to make it with
you.
Recipe:
150g fresh cucumber
15g spring onion
40g fresh red radish
½ tbsp. of cider vinegar
1 pinch of celery seeds (crushed)
1 pinch of black onion seeds
2 ½ tbsp. of vegan aioli
salt and pepper
Dressing
½ tbsp. of spirulina powder
½ tbsp. of wholegrain mustard
6 tbsp. of coconut yogurt
1 tbsp of dark agave syrup
Method:
Cut the cucumber in half, remove the seeds inside and then dice into small cubes.
Dice the radish and spring onion and put them into your salad bowl too. Add the
vinegar, celery seeds, salt and pepper and black onion seeds with aioli and mix it
all together.
For the dressing you just need to whisk all of the ingredients for around 4 min.
