Hope you are all ok and well. When I came back this morning from the
gym, I felt like making a new smoothie. I know, it’s not gastro or fine
dining but it’s delicious and very good for our circulation and digestive
health.
I’m always trying to mix unusual ingredients as I would like to make
everything interesting for you.
Recipe:
2 Bananas
1 large Grapefruit
150g of Blueberries
1 tbsp. of dry Cinnamon Powder
40 g of fresh Basil Leaves
100 ml of Hemp Milk,
1 tbsp. of agave syrup
Method:
Chop the bananas and add to you food processor, mixer or blender along
with blueberries, grapefruit (cut in half then squeeze its juice and remove
the inside of the grapefruit using a fruit squeezer or spoon and add to
your blender) add the cinnamon, hemp milk and basil leaves and just mix
it.
