Black Bean Salad

Hi, guys, I would like to ask you something. Who does exercise every day?

Do you go to the gym or go running or play any games? Like football, tennis, basketball or anything? If yes, I ‘m sure you will be happy to try my bean salad which has plenty of protein, fiber, minerals, and vitamins.

I really like to be at the gym early morning nearly every day and vegan fitness food is a base for your bodily, and mental health. This is another dish which is perfect for warm, hot summer days and it’s also delicious, of course!

Recipe:

120g black beans

1 spring onion (20g)

1 small carrot (65g)

1/2 red pepper (60g)

2 teaspoon smoked pepper powder

4 teaspoon organic cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon hemp oil

1/2 teaspoon date syrup

1 small clove of smoked garlic

50g of mustard leaves

salt & pepper

Method:

I would highly recommend soaking the black beans overnight because this makes them easier to cook the next day. So, after 24 hours wash the beans again and cook it till nicely soft before putting them in your salad bowl. Then chop the red pepper, garlic, mustard leaves and add these to your bowl.

Next, grate the carrot and add to the bowl and mix together. Then add vinegar, salt and pepper, and smoked paprika powder and finally mix it together again.
