Good morning, afternoon or evening my lovelies around the world. How are you doing these days? If you are busy with your families, kids and daily routine you may not have time to prep meal every day. Do you have time to cook a fresh dinner? I have a little advice for you and quick-to-plan based meal which is good for your body, digestive system and liver as well.

It’s not hard to prepare and not hard to make. If you are beetroot lovers I believe you will eat it as quickly as I do.

I would like to reminder beetroot is such an incredible vegetable, so good for the blood, the heart, with plenty of vitamins and minerals, and also amazing for the immune system.

Recipe:

1 soft avocado

4 cloves of black garlic

170g beetroot

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika powder

around 10 small flakes of dry chilli

1/2 teaspoon of French mustard

10g of radish sprouts

1/2 teaspoon dark organic date syrup

1 small orange

around 15ml non-dairy milk of your choice

salt & pepper

Method:

So, first remove the skin and seed from the avocado and put it in your food processor with orange zest, black garlic, mustard and milk and blend to a smooth consistency.

Then, place a large spoon of the puree into to your salad bowl and then add the already chopped beetroot (small cubes).

You can buy already cooked or steamed beetroot, or if you buy raw cook it in your oven at 180C around 2 hours). Next, add the smoked paprika, chilli, radish sprouts, salt and pepper and a little bit of orange zest and mix it together. Then for plating try using a ring or small bowl to get a nice shape.
