For a couple of days I have been busy in my<\/p>\n<p>kitchen and now I want to share what I have created and prepared for<\/p>\n<p>you. I believe that you too will like this gastro experience for it\u2019s simply<\/p>\n<p>unforgettable combination of tastes. It\u2019s not difficult to make, it just<\/p>\n<p>needs a little bit of concentration. Let me know your experience of this<\/p>\n<p>when you try it yourself.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-222\" src=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2497-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1025\" height=\"769\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2497-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2497-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2497-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2497-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2497.jpg 1170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1025px) 100vw, 1025px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>420 g potatoes<\/p>\n<p>2 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n<p>2 spring onion ( 20g )<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. of caraway seeds<\/p>\n<p>30 \u2013 40 g gluten free flour<\/p>\n<p>salt + pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 Butternut Squash<\/p>\n<p>olive oil for cooking<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp coconut oil<\/p>\n<p>150 ml water with vegetable stock<\/p>\n<p>40 ml white wine<\/p>\n<p>1 vanilla pot<\/p>\n<p>80 \u2013 100 ml single soya single cream<\/p>\n<p>100 g coriander<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-223\" src=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2502-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"955\" height=\"716\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2502-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2502-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2502-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2502-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSCF2502.jpg 1170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 955px) 100vw, 955px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Put the peeled potatoes into a pot with cold water, bring to the boil for no<\/p>\n<p>more than 2 minutes and let them cool down. Potatoes cooked this way<\/p>\n<p>will loose their water and taste much better.<\/p>\n<p>Grate the potatoes into another bowl, add finely chopped garlic and<\/p>\n<p>spring onions, caraway seeds, salt and pepper to taste and lastly add flour.<\/p>\n<p>Mix all of the ingredients properly.<\/p>\n<p>I used small ring molds for r\u00f6sti. I pan-fried both sides of the r\u00f6sti in<\/p>\n<p>cooking olive oil till golden and oven baked for 35 min on 180 oC in a<\/p>\n<p>non-stick baking dish.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not difficult to prepare the butternut squash either\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Peeled and seeds removed, the squash is ready to be sliced into nice<\/p>\n<p>chunky rings. Also get three small bowls ready. Fill one with flour, the<\/p>\n<p>second with milk and the third one with breadcrumbs. I like to add to the<\/p>\n<p>breadcrumbs lemon zest and dry sage for a more interesting taste. There<\/p>\n<p>is always something new I like to try and test for you.<\/p>\n<p>I pan-fried the butternut squash too on both sides and then put it straight<\/p>\n<p>into the oven for 30 minutes on 180 oC.<\/p>\n<p>While the potato r\u00f6sti and butternut squash are in oven, I have enough<\/p>\n<p>time to make this beautiful sauce to go with it. Put the coconut oil into a<\/p>\n<p>pan and add wine. Let it cook for 2 minutes, add water and vegetable<\/p>\n<p>stock, cook for another 3 minutes. The next ingredient to add is the single<\/p>\n<p>soya cream. Cook the sauce for 20 minutes till it has a nice thicker<\/p>\n<p>consistency. Finely chop the coriander and mix into this sauce at the end<\/p>\n<p>of its cooking.
