I have already mentioned here how much I<\/p>\n<p>love soups. I grew up having a fresh soup every day and this memory will<\/p>\n<p>always be with me. And what is more than my memories, is my Grand<\/p>\n<p>mother\u2019s pure Love for cooking, food and Life itself. She was my first<\/p>\n<p>teacher in the kitchen and she was also my first executive Head Chef! \u00a0\uf04a<\/p>\n<p>That is why I can not get enough of soups, that is why I love them so<\/p>\n<p>much\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s get together to the kitchen and cook! Today is an easy one..<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-210\" src=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2525-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"923\" height=\"692\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2525-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2525-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2525-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2525-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2525.jpg 1170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 923px) 100vw, 923px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>80 g baby shallots ( 5 x )<\/p>\n<p>300 g wild mushroom mix<\/p>\n<p>6 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n<p>120 g carrots<\/p>\n<p>half of large red peppers<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp of turmeric<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp of dry coriander<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tbsp of cumin seeds<\/p>\n<p>around 7 g of fresh red chili<\/p>\n<p>750 ml water with vegetable stock<\/p>\n<p>3 large spoon of soya cream<\/p>\n<p>80 g buckwheat noodles<\/p>\n<p>salt + pepper<\/p>\n<p>2 large spoon of cooking olive oil<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-211\" src=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2517-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"971\" height=\"728\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2517-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2517-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2517-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2517-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/DSCF2517.jpg 1170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 971px) 100vw, 971px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peel all of the vegetables and cut them into chunks\u2026 shallots, carrots,<\/p>\n<p>garlic, red chili and mushrooms, and put them into a pot.<\/p>\n<p>Making our soup a little more interesting, add turmeric, masala, cumin<\/p>\n<p>seeds and coriander with a olive oil and braise all together for about 6<\/p>\n<p>minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The last ingredients to add to the cooking soup are red peppers,<\/p>\n<p>buckwheat noodles, water, stock and soya cream. Let it cook till it boils<\/p>\n<p>and all the vegetables are soft.
