I know some people love it, some people hate it but, I have to say personally I think it\u2019s a great vegetable, and it also has plenty of benefits for our bodies. It\u2019s also good in so many different recipes and can be enjoyed in so many different ways, for example, in salads, raw food, baking, soup, you can even use it to make juice as well. You can serve them in many different ways depending on the occasion, with bread, mixed salad, some roasted vegetables, or any vegan sauce or vegan yogurt. Then use some kitchen towel to remove the excess juice\/water from the courgette, then put back in the bowl and add the grated carrots, chopped nuts, chopped garlic, orange zest, garam masala, flour, salt and pepper and mix it all together well.
