Remove the seeds from the mini peppers and chop these as well, adding them to the tray. Roast the veg with oil for 15 min at 180C. Once soft, place in the food processor and blend together till smooth. Place mixture in a large bowl and add all remaining ingredients, including the flour and cooked quinoa. Mix together to make a dough and mold into nice little balls, which you can then move back to your baking or gastro tray and roast for 15-20 min at 180C.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soak the walnuts for 3 hours and during this time roast the red peppers using a gas boiler ring or you can use gas blow-torch to roast the pepper skin. Leave these to cool then, after taking off any burnt skin, remove the seeds and add the pepper to your food processor with the soaked walnut.
