It was such a good atmosphere, with all the local, organically grown farm products, and the lovely people at the market stalls. After speaking with such a lovely lady, I got an idea and I choose some sweet potatoes. They have lots of benefits, including minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and plenty of iron, selenium, and calcium and much more! I decided to make a nice and yummy brunch-lunch meal which takes around 40 min to make, it\u2019s also easy to cook for all of you and your family if you want \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/placek2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-17690\" src=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/placek2-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"926\" height=\"614\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/placek2-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/placek2-600x397.jpg 600w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/placek2-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/placek2-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/placek2-500x331.jpg 500w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/placek2.jpg 1170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 926px) 100vw, 926px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>Rosti:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 700g sweet potato<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 1 large spoon of dry marjoram<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a03 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a01 teaspoon of caraway seeds<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0100g gluten free flour (your choice) I choose buckwheat<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0salt &amp; pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 small banana shallots<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">400g button mushrooms<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100ml white cooking vine (vegan)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">180g baby leaf spinach<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 spoon of olive oil for cooking<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250ml non-dairy cream (oat)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 spoon of dry yeast flakes<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 large spoon of vegan butter<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/plackymix.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-17694\" src=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/plackymix-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"969\" height=\"643\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/plackymix-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/plackymix-600x397.jpg 600w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/plackymix-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/plackymix-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/plackymix-500x331.jpg 500w, https:\/\/greenrabbitkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/plackymix.jpg 1170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 969px) 100vw, 969px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>Rosti:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, peel the potatoes, grate them and put into a large bowl. Then add the marjoram, the chopped garlic and flour and the salt and pepper\u00a0and mix it all together to make a nice dough. Mould the mixture to your own size and shape and then pan fry both sides until they\u2019re a golden colour before moving to the oven for 25mins at around 180C gas 4<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put your choice oil in a nice large saucepan and start to braise\u00a0the chopped shallots and garlic. Then add mushrooms and after 7 mins add the butter, wine, cream and yeast and just cook all together on high heat until it reaches a smooth consistency.
