Hello, guys, I think I will make happy all of you who’s fancy raw and plant-based food. I would like to present it today very light and yummy recipe. This time here you can get so cheaper courgette from local farms in East Sussex or Kent UK.<\/div>\n
It’s always a big pleasure for me to visit any farms and have chat with farmers I’m learning always something new about organic vegetables and fruits about time to grow and much more.<\/div>\n

300g courgette\/zucchini<\/div>\n
1 clove of black garlic<\/div>\n
1 whole orange \/zest\/<\/div>\n
1 large spoon of hemp seeds<\/div>\n
around 10 fresh mint leaves<\/div>\n
1 large spoon of red mustard frills micro herbs leaves<\/div>\n
or baby rocket<\/div>\n
1 tbsp cider apple vinegar<\/div>\n
1 tbsp date syrup<\/div>\n
salt & pepper<\/div>\n
