Add hemp seeds, cocoa, cinnamon, mint and neem powder,\u00a0then<\/p>\n<p>add apple (remove the seeds before chopping).<\/p>\n<p>Next squeeze the mandarins and orange, or if you like you can use them<\/p>\n<p>whole.
