My Lazy Breakfast Pots

There’s no doubt that we’ve all woken up with an empty head, empty

stomach, not a clue what’s in the fridge, and of course the constant stress

of time. When we’re in a hurry we tend to miss this key meal, but I have

a solution; my Lazy Breakfast Pots. These are quick, easy, fantastic for

your health and will leave you with a full stomach.

So let’s follow my recipe:

 

Recipe:

1 large banana

70 g mix of nuts and seeds (I used goji berries, Chia seeds, Linseeds, Sunflower seeds, hemp seeds)

15 g Flake Almonds

3 small heads of Passion Fruits

2 tbsp of Agave Syrup (Dark)

50ml of Hazelnut, Hemp, Soya, Almond or Poppy Seed Milk (Whichever you prefer)

 

Method:

This is super easy ladies and gents.

Slice the banana and place in the bottom of a small oven proof dish/pot,

add your mix of seeds, almonds flakes and top with passion fruit seeds.

Lastly add milk, if you prefer hot milk, just heat to 46C.

I like eat this on its own, but it’s also nice with organic gluten free

brioche.
